Yin Yoga for Core Training & Flexibility
This class contains all of the traditional target areas (i.e. shoulders, upper and lower back, hamstrings, groin, outer thighs and I.T. band, quads, feet, ankles and core) and adds the flair of more transition movements to keep the core muscles working and allows the yogi to access those tight zones. Poses are held for a longer time than a flow yoga class and more frequent transition movements are offered. No inversions or arm balances. Blocks, straps, kneeling pads, blankets and bolsters are provided for deep release.
