Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a class where the core power of Ashtanga and the precision and smooth grace of Iyengar meet. Level 1-2 Vinyasa Flow contains all of the traditional yoga foundational poses. Music is used to enhance the connected flow pose to pose with the breath, gradually increasing the intensity of the poses and offering many variations and modifications. We build on standing balance, range of motion, twists, inversions, gentle backbends and core strength as we move through the full gamut of postures. Some prior knowledge of the yoga practice is recommended. . . .
