This class focuses on in-depth bodywork using soft foam rollers integrating myofascial  techniques to relieve pain and recreate healthy alignment in the body. Neuromyoskeletal changes occur with the mind-body connection. Fascia surrounds all of our bodies organs and breaks down and builds up daily, especially with repetitive movements. Rolling helps to keep the fascial webbing smooth and unintrusive to healthy movement   Woven thoughout the class are the Yin yoga postures to enhance the rolling experience. Blocks, straps and supportive padding is provided.
