4 Pregnancy Practice

Shannon in Malasana
Aimee Yates

"I have been practicing yoga with Monica since 2002. I have always found her approach to be progressive and challenging, but she also focuses on the inner aspects of practice. In 2007 I became pregnant with twins and continued my twice weekly classes until my 24th week. Then after that my doctor required me to go on bed rest, but found my yoga helped even then with regular meditation and modifications and variations of shavasana. Now I am back to regular practice and find that it helps me be a better mother, better person, and better woman. Monica has guided me through many transitions in my life and I recommend her teaching to anyone seeking a fulfilling yoga experience. "
